Spała IPA-pl| [|'|s|p|a|ł|a|] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Inowłódz, within Tomaszów Mazowiecki County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies on the the Pilica River, approximately convert|6|km|mi|0 west of Inowłódz, convert|9|km|mi|0|abbr=on east of Tomaszów Mazowiecki, and convert|54|km|mi|0|abbr=on south-east of the regional capital Łódź.cite web |url=http://www.stat.gov.pl/broker/access/prefile/listPreFiles.jspa |title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) |date=2008-06-01 |language=Polish] The village has a population of 400. It gives its name to the protected area called Spała Landscape Park.

Spała was the site of the Central European Jamboree in 1935, and of the International Young Physicists' Tournament in 1995.
