A. K. Narain

A. K. Narain is an Indian historian and numismatist who has published extensively on the subject of Indian history, and especially the Indo-Greeks. He is rather famous for his book "The Indo-Greeks" (published in 1956), in which he opposed the theses of British historian Sir William Woodthorpe Tarn, and a numismatical study "The coin types of the Indo-Greeks".
