To be awarded the AE-COPSD Sport badge, participants must meet the standards in their choice of event within each of the five listed categories. The badge is awarded in bronze, silver, and gold, based upon performance. The participant may compete for the badge on an annual basis. AE-COPSD personnel must grade and certify each event. The events are 200 meter swim, high jump, long jump, 75 meter run, 100 meter run, 400 meter run, 1000 meter run, shot put, stone put, 100 meter swim, 2000 meter run, 3000 meter run, 5000 meter run, and 1000 meter swim.
