"Karagattakaran" is a Tamil movie which was produced in 1990. Karagattakaran was directed by Gangai Amaren and the music was composed by Ilayaraja.

This is one of the biggest movies in the Box Office for Tamil. After releasing in the year 1990, the movie made the maximum money for any movie of its times. This movie also witnessed the launch of the comedy pair of Gaundamani and Senthil.

The cast included Ramarajan, Goundamani, Senthil and Kanaka.
