Florence Douglas was a West Indian cricketer from Trinidad and Tobago who played for her country in 1973.

Douglas played in England for the Trinidad & Tobago Women's XI v. the Australia Women at Tring on June 30, 1973, and v. the England Women's XI at Wolverhampton on July 20, 1973.
