SeishinDo Kenpo is an American martial art system of self defence. (Seishin: 精神 せいしん mind; soul; heart; spirit; intention), (Do: 道 どう The Way), (Kenpo 拳法 けんぽう Chinese art of self-defence, "Fist Law"). SeishinDo Kenpo: "Way of the mind Law of the Fist", is a martial arts system based on Chinese Kung fu, American Kenpo, Kajukenbo, Taekwondo and the Filipino art of Escrima/Arnis.
