Koikili Lertxundi del Campo, known just as Koikili (born December 23, 1980 in Otxandio, Biscay), is a Spanish/Basque footballer. He currently plays for Athletic Bilbao as a left back.

Playing fourth tier football just two seasons before moving to Athletic Bilbao, Koikili was signed from "Segunda B" team Sestao River Club for the start of La Liga 2007-08. For much of the season's duration, he was first-choice, dislodging international Asier Del Horno.
