Bryan "Baby" Williams (born February 15, 1969 [ [http://www.starpulse.com/Music/Birdman/index.html Birdman] , Starpulse.com] ), better known by his stage name Birdman, is an American rapper and record executive from New Orleans, Louisiana.

In 1991, Williams and his older brother Ronald "Slim" Williams founded the hip-hop label Cash Money Records. Earlier in his career, he used his first moniker B-32 (Baby With The 32 Golds) and released his only independent album "I Need a Bag of Dope" in 1993. Career

2002

In 2002 Birdman released his self-titled second studio album, "Birdman". 26 guest stars were featured on the album.

The third Big Tymers album (Birdman and Mannie Fresh) was released called "Hood Rich". Over 10 guest stars were featured on the album. It had two singles, "Still Fly" and "Oh Yeah," featuring Tateeze and Boo & Gotti.

He was featured on the track "Bigger Business" by Swizz Beatz off of his compilation album "Presents G.H.E.T.T.O. Stories". The track also featured Jadakiss, Cassidy, Diddy, Snoop Dogg and Ron Isley.

2003

In 2003 Birdman and partner Mannie Fresh in the group Big Tymers released their fourth and final album, titled "Big Money Heavyweight". Guests included R. Kelly, Lil Wayne, TQ, Petey Pablo, Juvenile, Joi, Bun B, Gillie The Kid, D-Boyz, Tateeze and Mikkey.

Birdman was featured on Bow Wow's album "Unleashed (Bow Wow album)" on the track "Let's Get Down." He was also on the album "The Senior" by Ginuwine.

2004

In 2004 Birdman was featured on Juvenile's track "Bounce Back" off of Juvenile's album "Juve the Great".

2005

Birdman released his third studio album "Fast Money". It was his first album where he was credited as Birdman instead of Baby, which was a name he adopted for his previous album.

Birdman executive produced Lil Wayne's album "Tha Carter II" and was featured on a track. He appeared in the single's music videos.

2006

Lil Wayne and Birdman released an album titled "Like Father, Like Son". It was certified Gold and was a financial success, spawning three singles, including the criticially acclaimed "Stuntin' Like My Daddy" and "Leather So Soft".

2007

In 2007 Birdman released his fourth studio album, "5 * Stunna". The first single, "Pop Bottles," featuring Lil Wayne and Jadakiss, was a hit, as well as the second single "100 Million," which featured Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, Dre & DJ Khaled. The third single featuring Lil Wayne, titled "I Run This," was a hit as well. The album over all received good reviews.fact|date=September 2008

In November 2007, Williams was arrested and charged with possession of more than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was released on $1,500 bond. [Breeding, Kacie Dingus. 2008

In 2008 Birdman will release an album with long time friend Rick Ross. Originally titled "Bald Eagles Fly High", the title is now expected to be "The H". The first song released off the album was "Sun Come Up," which featured T-Pain and Glasses Malone. The album will be released December 2, 2008. He has also made a cameo appereance in Kevin Rudolf's "Let It Rock" music video.
