Veterinary Assistants help

Veterinary assistants need to enjoy working with animals and owners. The job requires lifting and holding animals, some office skills, and record keeping. The work setting may be in animal hospitals, clinics, and research labs. They may also be employed in animal shelters, and in some cases, pet stores.
