Toloue-4

The Toloue-4 (Persian: طلوع , "Dawn") is one of the first indigenously produced jet engines in Iran.

Toloue-4 mini jet engine is being built at Iran Aircraft Industries's (IACI) engine industries (TEM).

It is a copy of the French Microturbo TRI-60 engine used in the C802 missiles that were sold to Iran by China. [http://www.janes.com/extracts/extract/juav/juav9147.html] [http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2002/sep/14/privacy]

Currently the copied engine is being used in an Iranian produced jet-powered UAV/target drone. It can produce 3.7kN of trust with an RPM of 29,500.
