Gruszków ( _de. Bär) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mysłakowice, within Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|13|km|mi|0|abbr=on south-east of Jelenia Góra, and convert|89|km|mi|0|abbr=on west of the regional capital Wrocław.
