Biernatki ( _de. Berndorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wądroże Wielkie, within Jawor County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|3|km|mi|0|abbr=on north-east of Wądroże Wielkie, convert|16|km|mi|0|abbr=on north-east of Jawor, and convert|48|km|mi|0|abbr=on west of the regional capital Wrocław.
