Vic Kulkarni became President and CEO of Sequence Design (www.sequencedesign.com) in 2002, a pioneering company in the development of software used by semiconductor designers to reduce
power consumption . Sequence is part of the multi-billion-dollar EDA (Electronic Design Automation) and maintains sales and R&D centers around the world.Among his many professional accolades, Kulkarni was named “Entrepreneur of the Month” by SiliconIndia magazine and secured Sequence a spot in the prestigious Reed Electronics “50 Electronics Companies to Watch.” He is a regular contributor of opinion pieces to multiple magazines, and is a frequent panelist at industry events.
Before joining Sequence he held executive management positions in EDA with Avant! and Meta-Software, which he helped take public with a market cap of $160 million, and served in engineering and marketing roles with several legendary
Silicon Valley companies, including VLSI and National Semiconductor.Kulkarni was awarded a master’s degree in
