Intellicate Schedule24

Intellicate Schedule24 (or Schedule24) is a workforce management and employee scheduling software application used to create and design employee schedules, first released as IntelliRoster in early 2000 and later released as Schedule24 in 2006. The main feature of Schedule24 is its ability to create rule-based schedules for automating schedule production. It essentially integrates and manages three scheduling processes: numbers, distribution, and time.

Schedule24 provides the user with a heuristic scheduling environment enabling user experience and knowledge to influence the scheduling outcome. This can be contrasted with considering scheduling an optimization problem requiring the user to define what a feasible and an optimum schedule is, usually by applying constraints. Scheduling information naturally provides a rich source of ongoing data about business activity. Support for management information and analysis about budget costs, headcounts and working hours can be generated and exported in a range of formats. Employee scheduling software as a business process lies between Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Payroll systems.
