Piersna is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pęcław, within Głogów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|4|km|mi|0|abbr=on south-east of Pęcław, convert|15|km|mi|0|abbr=on east of Głogów, and convert|77|km|mi|0|abbr=on north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
