DT-6800A Daughtress is about a fictional weapon from the anime Gundam metaseries.

DT-6800A Daughtress

In the anime series After War Gundam X, the "Daughtress" was the mainstay unit of United Nations Earth (UNE) during the 7th Space War, which was built in many variations. Although it was mainly used during the beginning of the war, they were also used until the end of the war and surprisingly a high number of Daughtresses survived the colony drop because 15 years later nearly every major and minor power had some of them.

DT-6800A Daughtress Kai

Like many other mobile suits, many Daughtress units were modified by their owners, which created unique units, collectively known by the name DT-6800A Daughtress Kai.

DT-6800C Daughtress Command

The DT-6800C Daughtress Command was a commander type mobile suit which was given to higher ranking officers and ace pilots. One Daughtress Command was used in AW 0015 by Rantu Aiko to chase Garrod Ran and the Newtype girl Tiffa Adill. However when Garrod discovered a fully intact GX-9900 Gundam X, Rantu had no chance and was killed when Garrod destroyed his unit.

DT-6800F Daughtress Flyer

The DT-6800F Daughtress Flyer was nearly identical to the standard Daughtress but was equipped with wings for aerial combat. The New United Nations Earth used a large number of Daughtress Flyer in their Pacific Ocean operations to recover Newtype weapons. Later the aging Daughtress Flyer was replaced by newer mobile weapons like the NRMA-006 Gadeel mobile armor and the flight-equipped NRX-009 (NR-001) Valient mobile suit.

DT-6800W Daughtress Weapon

The DT-6800W Daughtress Weapon was another Daughtress type which was equipped with a 500 mm cannon for long to mid-range assaults. The Daughtress Weapon was also used by the New United Nations Earth in AW 0015 in their operation to reunify the Earth.

Daughtress Tank

The Daughtress Tank was a custom built mobile suit purchased by the people from Witz's hometown in order to protect their harvest from roaming marauders. It was constructed from various junk parts, by civilians, so, it doesn't have a model number. Its body consisted of a Daughtress torso mounted onto a tank, because of that, it wasn’t very mobile and so, no match for real mobile suits.

"Note:" The game SD Gundam G Generation F claims that the "DT-6800" Daughtress Tank was the prototype for the Daughtress series, however, that information conflicts with the one given by Gundam X's official site. Considering that G Generation F is known for giving wrong information about several After War mobile suits, the report from the official site should take precedence over the information given by the game.

DT-6800HM Daughtress High Mobility "Fire Wallaby"

The DT-6800HM Daughtress High Mobility "Fire Wallaby” was an improved version of the standard Daughtress. This unit was equipped with high speed hovering systems in its legs to hover over the ground. Also this unit was stronger armed than a normal Daughtress.

DT-6800HMC Daughtress High Mobility Command "Wise Wallaby"

The DT-6800HMC Daughtress High Mobility Command "Wise Wallaby" was a command type version of the Daughtress High Mobility "Fire Wallaby”. Two of the main differences were the commander’s crest mounted on the command unit and the lack of a flamethrower. Like other Daughtress units many of Wise Wallaby units survived the war and one unit was used by mercenary pilot Ennil El.

NRX-018-2 Daughtress Neo

The Daughtress Neo was one of the last new mobile suits produced be the New Earth Federation in the After War era. This mobile suit was based on the old Daughtress series of the Old Earth Federation but was more heavily armed than the old Daughtress and greatly outperformed its ancestor.

The Daughtress Neo was introduced late in AW 0015, mostly used by the Frost Brother's subordinates, standing by their side even after they had betrayed the New Earth Federation.

Extra Armaments

In spite of the official armament listings making no mention of other weapons, the DT-6800 Daughtress several times wielded other armaments in the animation.

"Buster Rifle:" Gray Daughtress in Gundam X's prologue. They're wielding weapons identical to the rifles of the GW-9800 Gundam Airmaster.

"Beam Saber:" Daughtress attacking General Lee and his soldiers during the last offensive of Estardo's military against the New United Nations Earth.

"Handgun:" Unnamed portable weapon used by several Daughtress during the battle of the New United Nations Earth against the Space Revolutionary Army for control of D.O.M.E. It doesn't look like any other weapon in the series, and it's not known what kind of projectile it uses.
