Rick Hurvitz is Executive Producer and Co-Creator of MTV's "Pimp My Ride". Hurvitz grew up in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey and attended Pascack Hills High School with co-creator Bruce Beresford-Redman.Meisel, Melissa.
