The Yana Lewis Dance Company or YLDC is the brainchild of Yana Lewis, an international ballerina and choreographer from the UK. YLDC has been electrifying audiences all over India with its unique synergy. The Company boasts of an extensive repertoire of original works, choreographed and directed by Yana Lewis. Ranging from classical ballet, jazz, jazz ballet and tap to tribal inspired sequences, fusion of yoga and ballet and new-age movement art – all performed to the highest degree of professional and technical excellence. The breathtaking effect of each YLDC show is doubly enhanced by the stunning music, stage and lighting design.

The Company, with its ensemble of Indian and international dancers, is based in Bangalore, India. The core dancers have trained with Yana Lewis for several years and some have benefited from training abroad as well. For larger events, the Company’s part-time dancers are drawn in, together creating intense and unforgettable sequences.

YLDC’s artistic excellence has attracted clientele from diverse spheres. The Company has performed to standing ovations for high-profile corporates, 5-star hospitality concerns, leading event-management and media outfits, as well as for advertisements and commercials, charity shows and award ceremonies.
