The Cor (or Co, Col, Cùa; Vietnamese: Người Co) are an ethnic group of Vietnam. Most Cor live in the provinces Quảng Ngãi and Quảng Nam of South Central Vietnam, and number approximately 27,766 (as of 1999).
As of 1996, they made up a slight majority of the population in Trà Bồng District (which then also included Tây Trà District), numbering around 18,000 there.[1]
The Cor speak a language in the Mon–Khmer family. They play và ró and celebrate a festival in which they stab a water buffalo.
Due to their high respect for Ho Chi Minh, all Cor give their last name under his last name, as the official name used on their Vietnamese identity papers.[citation needed]
