MGM HD is a high definition television channel available via DIRECTV and Dish Network in the United States and N satellite service in Poland. MGM HD offers programming similar to the MGM Channel which is available in 110 countries.

MGM has also announced plans to bring MGM HD to Israel via the Tel-Ad service on Israel's DTH satellite platform. MGM HD is notable in that like Time Warner's Turner Classic Movies they prefer to present films in their original theatrical aspect ratio whenever possible.
