Lars Bender (born April 27, 1989 in Rosenheim, Bavaria) is a German footballer who plays for 1860 Munich.He won the gold medal of the Fritz-Walter-Medal. His twin brother, Sven, won the bronze medal of this award.

Along with his brother Sven, he was part of the Germany U-19 side that won the 2008 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship.
