Gościszów IPA-pl| [|g|o|ś|'|ć|i|sz|u|w|] ( _de. Gießmannsdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowogrodziec, within Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|7|km|mi|0|abbr=on south-east of Nowogrodziec, convert|15|km|mi|0|abbr=on south-west of Bolesławiec, and convert|111|km|mi|0|abbr=on west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has a population of 1,490.
