Thomas Schlafly

Thomas Schlafly, or Tom Schlafly, is a co-founder of the Saint Louis Brewery, the first microbrewery in Missouri, which produces the Schlafly line of beers. In his capacity with the brewery, he writes a humorous, informative column every month entitled "Top Fermentation." In the fall of 2006, he published "A New Religion in Mecca: Memoir of a Renegade Brewery in St. Louis" (Virginia Publishing), which recounts the story of his founding of the Saint Louis Brewery.
