Location
It is situated on a rural campus in the Green Spring Valley, about ten miles north of the city of Baltimore, with the approximate coordinates Coord|39.4202|-76.677.
History
The school was founded in 1959, on a site adjacent to St. Paul's School. Its predecessor, St. Paul's Girls' School, which had been founded in 1799 as St. Paul's Orphanage, had been closed earlier in the decade.
It was approved as a
