"K240" is a real-time strategy game for the Amiga home computer system developed by Gremlin Graphics Software Ltd (most recently Gremlin Interactive) in 1994, and is the successor to "Utopia".

Gameplay

Based in a sector of deep space called K240 in 2380, the focus of the game is to build colonies on asteroids and mine them for valuable ore, while surviving attacks by aliens with similar motives.

Successors

"K240" is succeeded by "Fragile Allegiance", which is essentially a remake of the game but with improved graphics and user interface. Many of the buildings, ships, missiles and game concepts are the same.
