Arthur Russell Nesbitt (
November 1 1884 – 1962) was anOntario lawyer and political figure. He representedToronto Northwest and then Bracondale in theLegislative Assembly of Ontario from 1923 to 1937 as a Conservative member.He was born in Nestleton,
Durham County, Ontario , the son of George M. Nesbitt. Nesbitt was educated at Toronto University andOsgoode Hall , was called to the bar in 1910 and set up practice inToronto . In 1913, he married Sadie Harrison Brown. He served as a member of Toronto city council. Nesbitt was a Master in theOrange Lodge .External links
