photography . After that, he managed "Atlantide", the large online community created by tin.it. Atlantide was the home of "C6", the first ItalianInstant Messenger .Since 2001, he has focused on International development activities, being founding member of Amka, an Italian
NGO operating inLubumbashi ,Democratic Republic of Congo , on integrated development programs. Since then he focused on problems related to thedigital divide and the possibility to transfer knowledge using the new ICT.He is a graduate in
political science of UniversitàLa Sapienza ofRome and has a Master in "International Cooperation and Project Design" with a dissertation on “Bridging the digital divide — Hypothesis of a "Knowledge Community forCommunity Radio Broadcasters in Africa"” at CIRPS/Università degli Studi di Roma "La Sapienza" in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations -FAO and theWorld Association of Community Radio Broadcasters — AMARC.He is member of the "KM4dev group" and is now actively collaborating with
