TKO Software created ' (
2003 ) and the multiplayer portion of ' (2004 ), both forElectronic Arts . Apart from this, the company has created content for EA's ', and multiple mobile and handheld titles, including The Elder Scrolls Travels: Shadowkey for Nokia'sN-Gage and mobile versions of "Tenchu ", ', "Gauntlet" and an adventure game based on the movie "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy ".The company was known, at one time, to be working on a PC/console version of forthcoming
Matthew McConaughey movie "Sahara", and a video game version of classic sci-fi movie Logan's Run.In January of
2005 TKO Software shut down its PC andconsole game s development studio, located in Santa Cruz, leading to the loss of around 60 jobs. TKO's cellphone andhandheld game console divisions, located inTexas andDublin , were unaffected. Dave Reese, GM of TKO's Austin studio re-formed his team as Iron Will Games. The studio recently merged with Austin-based Pyramind Labs, founded by Michael Songy and his engineering team from TKO's former Santa Cruz studio.In August of
2005 , Marcus Hopkins, founder of TKO'sDallas office acquired his studio assets and re-established the business as Method Solutions to continue the team's work in cellphone development and expand intoiPod games.The
Dublin studio set up by Will Golby was acquired byPopCap Games in October 2005 and is now one of the largest development studios in Ireland.Jacob Hawley now works as a VP of Engineering for
