The United States Air Force's 191st Airlift Group is an airlift unit located at Selfridge ANGB, Michigan. It is currently a group that is part of te 127th Fighter Wing of the Michigan Air National Guard. Before 1993 it was a separate unit at Selfridge Air National Guard Base.
