- Liadriel
Liadriel is a fictional goddess in the warhammer fantasy universe. In this universe however she does exist and wields extraordinary powers to influence and watch over her mortal followers and even tend to the spirit of the dead that she fells worthy of her special attention.
Liadriel is one of the elven deities and besides the earth mother is the major wood elves patrion. She is the patrion of music, song, wine and celebrations. She is depicted as a beautiful elf combining booth male and female traits, showing a friendly smile, she carries a wineskin and a fluit.

Liadriel is generally connected with these following symbols. A lute and wineskin, cup, and vine leaves with grapes.
Priests of Liadriel
Priests wear green hooded robes which are richly embroidered in gold thread. The embroidery represent a variety of symbols including vine leaves, musical instruments, fruit, and so on. Token is a gold lute with a purple amethyst gem embedded in the centre. Cult tokens may also be wineskins, cups, vine leaves, and other musical instruments. Wine crafters wear forest colours in their clothing, which is embroidered with silver thread depicting grapes and vines.
Ethics of the Liadriel worshipers
Liadriel wants all her followers to savor life and life in endless happiness and spread that happiness to others. Give ones spirit life make music, sing songs and drink wine. Look at life with the positive eyes of a poet and see all of its beautiful parts. The darker parts of life can and always shall be made less important than those more joyous with song and laughter.
The afterlife given by Liadriel
Liadriel allows her elven followers to temperarly rest in a realm known as the Resting place before being reincarnated. The resting is a calm and peaceful land filled whit song and joy and where the wine flows endlessly . Here the spirit is well taken care of as to recover it vigour before being born again.
Places for worshiping Liadriel
Liadriel has no temples nor shrines since these things are all foreign to the elven mind. Instead all places that are of naturally bliss such as meadows, waterfalls, or the shade of a mighty oak, serve as a place for prayers, peaceful contemplation and appritiaton of Liadriel’s, life’s and natures beauty.

When it comes to saints and heroes of Liadriel the fact is that she likes what is usually meant by these fracas instead her cult honours and adores all those ho help others throw there hardness by sing songs and dancing.
