Norene Gilletz is a Canadian cookbook author, as well as a food consultant and cooking instructor.[1] She has also run a catering shop.[2] She is a leading authority on Kosher cooking[3] and a contributor to the Canadian Jewish News.[4] Her works include Second Helpings, Please!, MicroWays, Pleasures of Your Food Processor, The Low Iodine Diet Cookbook, The PCOS Diet Cookbook, Healthy Helpings (originally published as MealLeaniYum!) and, most recently, Norene's Healthy Kitchen.[5]
