The Central Highlands Football League is an Australian Rules Football League in the Ballarat area. Formed in 1979 as a merger of the Clunes FL and the Ballarat Bacchus Marsh FL, there are 14 clubs in the league and they play 17 rounds every season with the finals based on a final five format. The winners of the finals series is deemed the premiers. There are 4 levels of competition in the league, the Seniors, the Reserves, Under 18s and Under 15s.

2007 Season
In 2007 Daylesford won the Seniors from Waubra by 8 points, in the Reserves Waubra won by 8 points from Bungaree, in the Under 18s Bungaree won by 9 points from Gordon and in the Under 15s Dunnstown won by 19 points from Hepburn.
