The GLOBE Project is a program established for the collection of
scientific andatmospheric information from worldwide locations and made accessible though The GLOBE Program website.GLOBE is managed by The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) and
Colorado State University (CSU) with support from National Aeronautics and Space Administration, National Science Foundation, and the U.S. Department of State. Many other cooperating organizations work with GLOBE.GLOBE VisionA worldwide community of students, teachers, scientists, and citizens working together to better understand, sustain, and improve Earth's environment at local, regional, and global scales.
GLOBE MissionTo promote the teaching and learning of science, enhance environmental literacy and
stewardship , and promote scientific discovery.Goals
