History

Sara Wallace met Rob in 1996 while recording and producing a track with her band Starblind for the Dewdrops Records compilation Splashed With Many a Speck. In 1998, the two united with Steven Baca to begin work on their first album, Emotional Blur. [ [http://www.garageband.com/artist/red_delicious GarageBand.com : Red Delicious ] ] Released in 2000, the album had a significant impact on the (pre-restructured) website MP3.com and other music download sites with over 2,000,000 song downloads. The album consistently maintained in the top-5 selling alternative-category albums on MP3.com for 3 years, with combined totals of almost 10,000 copies sold. The band has had their music licensed to many television and cable shows and movies including Dawson's Creek, "Fashion Television" on VH1, and "Obsessed" with Jenna Elfman. In 2004, after 4 years of work, the band released their second album Addictions & Scars, a collection of five new singles and nine songs previously released on Emotional Blur and independently, under the label Stompin' Music. [iTunes Library for Addictions & Scars]
