Anton Mavretič

Anton Mavretič

Anton Mavretič, Slovene scientist, born on December 11, 1934 in Metlika, Yugoslavia (nowadays Slovenia).

Dr. Mavretič is professor and research associate at the Center for Space Physics at Boston University. He is corresponding member of Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts since June 2007.

Mavretič worked for NASA from 1972 to 1979 and contributed to project Voyager 1 in Voyager 2.
