Leiden Centraal is the main railway station in Leiden, the Netherlands.

History

It was opened on August 17, 1842. The original building was replaced by a new building, designed by D.A.N. Margadant, in 1879. This building in turn was replaced by a new building in 1955. The current building was opened in 1996.
