Jason Hannasch

Jason Hannasch moved from his home state of Montana to Saint Louis in 1989. He served as the executive director of Citizens for Home Rule, the 2002 effort to amend the Missouri Constitution to allow home rule for Saint Louis. The amendment was approved by the voters. He then spearheaded a 2004 effort to amend the Saint Louis charter, which failed to gain the approval of voters.

Hannasch joined the Show-Me Institute at its founding in 2005, and has served as vice president ever since.
