Maroa-Forsyth High School is a public high school situated in the town of Maroa, Illinois. (Also abbreviated as MFHS) Their motto is "Excellence and Pride."
Accomplishments
In the 2006-2007 school year, Maroa Forsyth went on to win two state championships in varsity football and varsity basketball. In addition to these two championships, all of MFHS's sports exceeded in every way, including the sports of soccer, volleyball, golf, cross country, track, and baseball, and various academic extracurriculars like Scholastic Bowl, WYSE team, and Math Team competitions. More recently, the girls Varsity Volleyball team went on to receive a third place trophy in Class 2A, losing only to the eventual state champions, Breeze Central.
