Spotswood College is a decile 5 Co-educational school in Spotswood, a suburb of New Plymouth, New Zealand.

The current principal is Mr Graeme McFadyen (BA(hons) Dip Tchg Dip Ed Man.)

Spotswood College is known for its success in volleyball and rugby. More recently Spotswood has revived its Performing Arts Department, and has consistent success in Sheilah Winn Shakespeare Festivals, as well as a series of School Musicals, the last being "Footloose" (2008). The school has also found success in its number of Art Scholarships being achieved over the past 2-3 years.

* Darnell (Red)
* Barrett (Blue)
* Richmond (Green)

The School has a proud history and is the sole Co-Educational Secondary School in New Plymouth City. With a roll of over 1000 students in 2008 Spotswood College prides itself on being able to offer a wide range of subjects and learning opportunities for its students.

Recent renovations and physical changes to the schools layout and buildings sees Spotswood College offer a modern campus to its multi-cultural student base. Some of the more unique features of Spotswood College include its Beach Volleyball Arena, Horticultural facilities, modern Technolgy Department, successful Music department complete with recording facilities, Art and Photography rooms and highly rated Special Education department.

The College is readying itself to celebrate its 50 year anniversary in 2010. The milestone will be celebrated through a very well planned and organised School Reunion.
