"F.R.E.S.H." was first second released off Scribe's second studio solo album, Rhymebook.It was released on September 8th, 2007 and debuted at #30 on the ARIA music chart. The song contains a sample from Fresh 3 MC's 1983 single "FRESH".

Video

The official video has been on high rotation in New Zealand since its début in August. At the end of the video is a short snippet of his first NZ release, My Shit. This is similar to the end of the My Shit video which features a snippet of F.R.E.S.H.
