Montcrest School, sometimes simply called Montcrest is an independent private school located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The school has no religious affiliation, and attempts to maintain a broad, neutral environment. The school is relatively small with just over 300 students, which leads to a much more personal environment. Historically, the school has had very close ties with Royal St. George's College, another private school in Toronto, and many graduate students attend high school there. The current headmaster, Steve Beatty, is a graduate of RSGC.

Montcrest School was has classes from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8, and has been in operation since 1961 [Cite web | url=http://www.montcrest.on.ca/index.cfm?PID=15328&PIDLIST=15323,15328 | title=Montcrest School History | publisher=Montcrest School|] , previously operating under the name The January School, as it often accepted children born in January who would normally be held back a school year because of their age, although were admitted to the predecessor due to proficiencies. Montcrest is a non-denominational school, and has offered an enhanced education program for children with special education needs.
