"The Proud Family" is a soundtrack album for the show of the same name. A combination of both original tunes by the characters in the show, popular Contemporary R&B hits by popular music artists such as Alicia Keys, India.Arie, and Solange & Destiny's Child (who perform the theme song), and classic soul music from artists such as Aretha Franklin and The O'Jays.

* "L.P.D.Z." is a group formed from the main characters of the show. They are: LaCienega, Penny, Dijonay and Zoey. They sing two songs on the soundtrack.
* Kyla Pratt, who does the voice-over for "Penny Proud", sings a song for the album.
* The song 'So Dysfunkshunal ' had a music video made for it on the episode where Suga Mama goes for a drivers license.
