Davin Griffiths-Jones is a 2-time Australian Entertainment Mo Award and Ace Award nominated performer.

Early career

Davin was born in Melbourne Australia 11/11/80 and was a child model in Melbourne. He moved to Sydney with his parents in 1986. He became a well known face in Australia when he was just 10 years old after making the Final 4 on Channel 10’s hit TV Show ‘Star Search’ . He then become an in demand child performer performing in many shows including with the Sydney Theatre Co, Australian Ballet, and many other musicals and plays including the Original Australian cast of the critically acclaimed play 'Marvin's Room' plus many guest appearances on TV Shows, notably on Channel 10.

He also competed in some of Australias top dance competitions, winning the NSW Dance Championships, City of Sydney Eistedfodd plus many others. He also was a regular winner in the lucrative Sydney Talent Quest circuit in the 1990s. When he turned 16 he was the youngest cast member at the newly created Sega World and later that year performed a years contract at Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast.

Adult career

At 17 in 1998 Davin returned to Sydney and produced his own cabaret show which he performed in major venues all over Australia. He was nominated for the Australian Entertainment Mo Award for Best New Talent in 1999. In 2000 he was once again nominated for a Mo Award and also an ACE Award.

In 2000, he opened his own Performing Arts studio in Sydney and now has 2 successful studios running. In 2004 he was inducted in the National Dance Championships Hall of Fame for Excellence in Dance Teaching in Australia and New Zealand.

Davin is now starring in Australia's newest children's act Davin and the Crockstars.

Davin is also the brother of Kristian Griffiths-Jones who is currently starring on the popular kids football show called " Football Stars of Tomorrow" on Fox Sports.
