Japanese House of Councillors election, 1995

Japanese House of Councillors election, 1995

Elections for the Japanese House of Councillors were held in Japan in 1995.

Note that because of the circumstances around the creation of the New Frontier Party, it held seats in the House of Councillors without having won them in the prior election. Many of them were former members of the LDP.
