Bulleen Cobras have played in the VAFA since 1996 when Canterbury - North Balwyn and Bulleen United merged.
Bulleen Cobras have never won a premiership but did finish 3rd in Section D4 in 2005.

1959 - Canterbury Presbyterian played in the Eastern Suburbs Protestant Churches Football Association and lost the Grand Final to Hampton Methodist
1964 - Is the earliest record of North Balwyn Methodist. Partisipating in the East Suburban Churches Football Association
1975 - Bulleen United commenced in the Vafa
1974 - Canterbury Presbyterian won the A grade Eastern Suburbs Churches Football Association premiership
1975-77 - Sometime within the period 1975-78, Canterbury Presbyterian merged with North Balwyn to form Canterbury-North Balwyn FC and played in the Eastern Suburbs Churches Football Association
1977 - Bulleen United lost the F section Grand Final to St Bedes 12.16.88 to 12.14.86
1978 - Bulleen United lost the F section Grand final to Thornbury 13.17.95 to 7.14.56
1982 - Bulleen United won the F section Premiership defeting Peninsula OB 14.18.102 to 13.17.95
1993 - Canterbury-North Balwyn FC joined the VAFA
1996 - Bulleen United and Canterbury-North Balwyn FC merged to become the Bulleen Cobras Afc
