"Homecoming Queen" is confirmed as the fifth and last single from the triple-platinum album, "Extreme Behavior". The song is about a girl who was popular and beautiful, with a great future, but because of all the pressure and expectations put on her by her peers she turned to a life of drugs. The song peaked at number 16 on Billboard's Hot Mainstream Rock Chart, and also debuted at #100 on the Canadian Hot 100, but fell off the chart the week after. On the week of October 20, it re-entered the chart at #100, the same as it debuted and peaked at.

The song bears a strong resemblance to "Sweet Child o' Mine" by Guns N' Roses. The riff is currently under examination for copyright infringement.
