Jake Farrow (born October 18, 1972) is a television writer and actor, and is also the older brother of Drake Bell. He's most famous for the role of Gavin Mitchell on the TV series Drake & Josh.

Drake & Josh

Farrow is known for the role of Gavin, the unusual, mullet-haired, probably fired employee from "The Premiere" on "Drake & Josh". He usually plays small parts in the show and has relatively humorous lines and has a crush on Audrey Parker (Drakes mother, Josh's step mother) as seen in The Storm. He will next be seen in "Merry Christmas, Drake and Josh!"

Farrow is also a producer, writer and actor on the show iCarly. Farrow has written multiple episodes of Nickelodeon's "iCarly", including "Halloween" and "iCarly Saves Television." Farrow is currently seeking actors, directors and producers for his life-long dream project about growing up with his stepdad, a locally famous, rage-a-holic high school football coach.

He is also currently seeking a publisher for his coffee table book - "Golden Diapers Ideas." The novel was co-written with his best friend, Aric Mokhtarian. The book is a compilation of brilliant ideas he and his friend came up with while stoned. The authors believe every single one of the ideas, if implemented, will bring them such wealth that, in their incontinent years, they would be able to afford "golden diapers" instead of the more economical and effective "Depends" brand adult diapers. The phrase "Golden Diapers" was coined from that famous SNL sketch starring Will Ferrell and Christopher Walken.

Arrested Development

Jake Farrow also worked for the television series "Arrested Development," and for this was nominated for Writers Guild of America Awards for best Comedy Series in 2006 and 2007.
