Aarom Baldiris (born January 5 1983 in Caracas, Venezuela) is an NPB prospect for the Hanshin Tigers. He is just on his first year playing in the Nippon Pro Baseball with the Hanshin Tigers. He currently is #52 and on the field he is a third baseman on the Tigers side. He bats right and fields right.

Minor league career

Bardiris was originally drafted by the Texas Rangers out of high school at the age of seventeen. He started off at the Rookie-Class Venezuelan Summer League and played there until by|2002, and missed the entire by|2001 season due to an injury. He was called up to A Class Brooklyn in by|2002, then to AA Binghamton in by|2004. The Yankees moved Baldiris to their 40 man roster in September 2007.

Career in the Japanese league

Baldiris transferred from the Yankees to the Japanese Leagues in 2008. There, Hanshin Tigers selected him to be on the team's #1 roster. He did not show any skills on the first couple of weeks, but from the fan's support, he is now rising his batting average.
