The Manchester Millrats are a basketball team based in Manchester, New Hampshire in the Premier Basketball League. The Millrats started as an expansion team in the American Basketball Association in 2007. The team is owned by Jason Briggs, Steve Yankopoulos, Dave Cooper, and others.
