"Saw IV: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack" is the soundtrack for the film "Saw IV". It was released on October 23 2007 by WEA/Warner Bros. Records. The song "I.V." by X Japan was the song at the end of the film, but the only song not on the soundtrack.

Ending Theme

Rumors of Japanese rock band X Japan doing the ending theme had been circulating due to the Saw IV production notes found on the Lionsgate Publicity team website [ [http://www.lionsgatepublicity.com/epk/saw4/ Lionsgate Publicity - Saw IV ] ] . On October 19, JRock Revolution, a North American Japanese rock festival, announced that X Japan will perform the closing credits theme for the movie. The song is called "I.V." A sample of the song can be heard on the JRock Revolution website by clicking the following [http://www.jrockrevolution.com/v/saw_xjapan/XJapanSmall.swf link] . The song was not featured on the soundtrack and was instead released digitally on January 23, 2008.

Release Notes

The album debuted on Amazon.com at #28,398 in the music rankings. Interestingly enough, Charlie Clouser's hyped nine-minute remix of "Hello Zepp" is not found on the initial release of the album.
